Group Session Writers Operators Editors Workshop (90 min) Max 16 participants

A working session for writers, editors, and community operators on naming the weather you publish into. We'll build a shared vocabulary — fronts, saturation, dispersion, prevailing winds, squalls — and practice diagnosing live posts and threads. The goal is to turn shoulder-feel into craft you can hand off.

What You'll Walk Away With

  • Working glossary of discourse-weather terms calibrated to your domain
  • Diagnosis sheet for the last 5 posts you shipped — what weather were you in?
  • A short forecasting checklist for your next publication window
  • Three peers who can read weather alongside you

Prerequisites

  • You've been publishing in some category for 6+ months
  • Bring 2–3 recent posts (your own or from a feed you follow)
